Just wanted to give a quick shout-out about this book I read recently (and continue to read as I cook from it). Alicia has some great insite into the vegetarian/vegan world. We're not total converts, might never be--we do need some leeway and balance, and Chris might go nuts w/out the occasional burger. BUT, I do love to discover new healthy recipes, and she has some GREAT ones in the book. So far we love the crocodile crunch and last night we had this vegan cheesy, gooey guac/bean dip w/ homemade baked Ezekial wrap chips. Delish--we all loved it!
